As your therapist, I value connection and the opportunity for growth and development that is nurtured by genuine, judgment-free relationships. My goal is to offer you a safe and open space where you feel comfortable expressing yourself and exploring your deepest concerns. I can support you in identifying the root cause of your difficulties, uncovering the life events that have shaped your viewpoint, and unlocking transformative change.

My therapeutic approach is guided by client-centred and trauma-informed principles. I integrate insights from psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, mindfulness, and somatic (body) therapy. I have received additional training in neurodiversity and affirming practices for autism, ADHA, AuDHD, dyslexia, and OCD. I have a particular interest in supporting clients with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, bereavement, and chronic pain by addressing these issues through a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection. This integrative approach allows me to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to your individual specific struggles and the changes you wish to make, facilitating a journey of healing and self-discovery. I look forward to taking this journey with you.

I am completing my master’s practicum at Dynamic Psychotherapy and Psychology Centre under the supervision and guidance of Dr. Karen Dinsmore.
