Psychotherapy
We offer individual and couples therapy. We provide specialized psychotherapy for adults using emotion-focused, psychodynamic, somatic/experiential, and relational approaches shown to be effective for a wide range of mental health concerns and provide long lasting outcomes.

Psychodiagnostic assessments evaluate your functioning and/or your personality to provide a comprehensive picture of your mental health struggles, treatment recommendations, and a diagnosis when appropriate.

Training, supervision, and consultation in dynamic psychotherapies are available to students, practitioners seeking to obtain their licensure, and licensed mental health clinicians who are seeking to further their psychotherapy skills in experiential and dynamic psychotherapies.
